Redlands Westpac Art Prize 2010


Nominated by established artist Nike Savvas I exhibited a sculptural artwork titled 'Silvered Vessels'. Constructed with paper mache, these colourless forms were modelled from paint tubes I had in my studio. Referencing my own medium of art making, stage props, and the Alice-in-Wonderland mentality I adopt when transported by the process painting; into a world of wonder, awe, fantasy and unfolding imagination.
